"The staff at this restaurant are friendly and attentive. The location offers views of the Eats Lancs Rd (A580). However, the food may not meet your expectations compared to your local takeaway. The chicken skewers had a greasy and wet texture, resembling almost raw meat. The chicken in curry sauce was also disappointing, as it did not match the quality of other local takeaways. Overall, my taste buds became bored early on in the meal. While the staff were lovely and attentive, I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant. It was okay, clean, and the chips were decent."

one of the most beautiful meals I had. the setting was absolutely beautiful and must observe the sunset. I ordered the chicken wings with firecracker sauce for starter and spicy chicken udon nudeln for pornstar. can not beat a good Chinese udon cocktail was also amazing.

Lovely food, good service. Parking: Parking an issue, car park full at 7pm on a Friday night. Parked on public road, not a problem for us, but can imagine local residents not happy!! If re-visiting, will choose to go on a week night. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 View menu

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night and was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back and would recommend it to others, especially the Lizhi starter. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating for both the food and service. The atmosphere was also great. Price per person ranges from £40-50.

The food at this restaurant is truly fantastic, with great presentation and fabulous service. It was an all-around wonderful experience, topped off with a surprise cupcake with a candle for a birthday celebration at our table. They also have options for allergies and gluten-free diets on the menu. Dining in for dinner, you can expect to pay around £30-40 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

"After reading the reviews we was really looking forward to eating here ,however it turned out to be the worst tapas and worst service we have ever received . After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order we then waited a further 30 mins to be served with what can only be described as toast with tasteless mushed up tomatoes on , this was inedible and hardly touched , a further 20 minutes on and we was served a single dish of chicken between two of us again this was very bland and resembled nothing like a original tapas dish more like a chicken korma again this was hardly touched . When I enquired as to where the rest of the food was I was told they was very busy . With this we decided to cut our loses and asked for the bill . Before leaving we tried to have a conversation with the manager who is also the chef to give some honest feedback ,however he wasn’t open to listening , he’s response was “it’s normal in a tapas restaurant to receive one dish at a time between two with a large gap between dishes wasn’t it explained to you that’s what tapas is “We felt this was a very patronising remark as we eat tapas on a regular basis and know this is definitely not the case . To matters worse there was people who came in after us with multiple plates and tucking in nicely to their meals . The manager who was obviously struggling to cope on a busy Saturday night should have just apologised and admitted our order had been overlooked . If you are looking for authentic Tapas with excellent service in Wigan go to Casa Carlos this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money ."
