"I once read from an article that in Japan they opened an investigation for a train that was 1 minute late on the schedule... I think I fully understood the fact only by coming to the Japanese Oasis. After ordering there was a bit of a wait, until Keita arrived at our table apologizing and that we would have to wait. Doing a quick flash forward: the wait was a little over half an hour, received a plate as an apology for the wait and received a discount for the next time again as an apology for the wait. In all I think Keita apologized to us 4 times, for a wait that many other locals would have let slide. Small but welcoming space. In the evening you enter in two shifts, from 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm. The service could be improved, the waiters are often difficult to find or pass by you without noticing that you want to get their attention. The food is good, certainly quality raw materials, but certain dishes (e.g. chicken curry with rice) may not be liked, but I think it's a subjective question. The prices are normal, I would say honest value for money. Public parking nearby, paid during the day, free after 7pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday. All in all positive experience.
