"The waiter meant well but was very slow and all over the place. Once the food came it went further down hill, my partner was unable to eat her main due to the pasta swimming in a bowl of oil as seen in pictures attached, my carbonara was also very oily. I was particularly frustrated when I could hear the chef saying ‘it isn’t oily’. We won’t be returning to Oscar’s. Service: Dine in"
