"We have been visiting Frigiliana for many years and try and visit Sal Y Pimienta at least once when in the village. We have built up a list of favourite meals here and have rarely been disappointed. We visited the other evening for the second time this trip with friends. Three of us had the goulash which is a long standing fav and the other person had the salmon special. Nothing was left on our plates. The service was excellent and the bill was very reasonable. I am so disappointed to read some of the reviews that criticise the owner for being rude as we have never experienced this."

Fantástico restaurante de comida polaca y especialidades con productos locales de Frigiliana! Todo muy rico, el personal muy amable, precios muy razonables y unas vistas desde el balcón que te quedas sin aliento!

Vistas preciosas desde el mirador, restaurante acogedor y servicio muy amable. Nunca había probado la gastronomía Polaca y tengo que decir que me sorprendió todo me pareció muy rico y me hubiera gustado probar algo más pero lo haré en otra ocasión sin ninguna duda.

I admit, last night we were hungry and we ate as spontaneously ordered but, between feeding and cooking there is a difference! A kind of ravioli stuffed with meat (totally tasteless with water on the plate and semi-transparent oil (sunflower? And a roast meat ... stewed salad with water and vinegar .... it's true all edible! I recommend to the friendly managers of this place to urgently attend a cooking class: Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine in general (but also that of Eastern Europe by heart ... is another thing
