"We had the 7-course tasting menu and accompanying wine flight. Our table was booked for 7pm and by 8pm we had already reached the fourth course so we told the waiter to slow things down. We felt it was all very rushed and we weren't enjoying the experience. To his credit, he apologised and the meal did take on a more leisurely pace from then on which improved our enjoyment of the evening. The wines selected were all superb and matched the food very well. As for the food itself, the stand-out courses were the scallop (2nd course), the lamb and venison (6th) and the chocolate fondant (7th). Not so successful in our view were the 1st course of 3 mini snacks which we found unexciting and the monkfish (3rd) where we felt the strength of the sauce overwhelmed the fish, although the fish itself was beautifully cooked. Would we go to Sindhu again? Probably not but we will try Atul Kochar's other restaurant in Marlow."

Lunch here is a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds... a lovely setting in Marlow on the river and delicious 3 course lunch which included a cocktail. A perfect Friday lunch spot!

Excellent service and welcome from staff who could not do enough to make our night special. The tasting menu was excellent star of the show was the pomegranate and basil granita and the chocolate fondant A lovely setting well worth a visit

Took my husband to Sindhu for his birthday lunch and we loved it! We did the set lunch menu which was plentiful. Service was excellent and of a very high standard. We recommend the passion fruit champagne cocktail which was delicious. All foods were delicious. Would recommend highly!

One of many visits to this outstanding restaurant. We have tried 4 of Atuls restaurants and Sindhu is our favourite. The food has always been great, the setting and service perfect. The only reason this visit was better than the others was because Atul was in the kitchen and came out to speak to us.

A nice Indian restaurant by river Thames, their Chef had got michelin star award. Come here with friends for lunch. Their lunch set have variety and very value for money. We chose the 3 course include started, main and dessert. Presentation is nice and taste good in general. Staff are nice and friendly. Worth to come back again.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate an occasion and were really happy with the dinner. The restaurant is located in a hotel so it is easy to find parking. The service at Sindhu is amazing and everyone there was very attentive. The waiters took their time to explain the dishes and make recommendations. The food was great and we weren’t disappointed. They also presented us with a lovely dessert plate for our anniversary. Would definitely go back!

Warm welcome. Fabulous levels of spice. Very enjoyable tasting menu. I was sat facing the windows which are in need of cleaning! Lovely wine. Scallop (accompanying salad was poor let the dish down) monkfish absolutely sublime. Mains of lamb delicious and perfectly cooked. Lovely light but very rich chocolate fondant finished the menu. The room started quiet but became very very noisy when a large group entered. We could hardly hear ourselves speak. Saying that, we really enjoyed the tasting menu experience. Service charge of over 10% is added to your bill
