"Food was not as expected My wife’s Sticky chicken was dry and tough (obviously reheated) so when she pointed this out politely and without making a fuss was promptly offered an alternative which she declined because that’s what she ordered and it should have been worth eating in the first place ! I must point out that the the lady serving was very nice and apologetic however was less impressed with the response from the person who gave us the bill who when I questioned about paying full price for that meal was promptly reminded that my wife refused a replacement and should have requested a price reduction before she printed off the bill and in full earshot of other diners which we didn’t appreciate ! However the bill was adjusted and we left the restaurant with the opinion that we would now not choose to return. We had a meal for two on a Sunday evening. Both of us had the burger. The chips were overcooked and the side order of vegetables we ordered were an embarrassment. Food was truly exceptional. Quiet venue, perfect if you want to chill and have a conversation in between courses. Staff were attentive but not on your case .
