"The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was told the restaurant has recently changed management so you can expect a lot more vegan and vegetarian dishes on the horizon. The food I did have was not on the printed menu but it was however recommended to me by the very helpful staff. From what I can gather there is a full range of mock meats including duck, roast pork, chicken and beef. I opted for the mock chicken and was certainly not disappointed with my choice. The food was full of flavour, well presented and great value for money. I am just visiting Stirling for one night however if I do return I will make a b-line for The Regent it was well worth the visit"

Vegan menu available with various salt and chilli vegetables, mock chicken satay, vegan sweet and sour etc. I tried the salt and chilli tofu, salt and chilli cauliflower and mock chicken satay. All were very tasty, the mock chicken satay was my favourite!

this place is great. they know about plant-based foods and will make almost everything on the menu of plants alone. they have tofu and their homemade mosquito chicken. they must try the salt and chili aubergine starter! delicious food and very friendly staff.

we have been falling down this afternoon, under new management. from beginning to end, the experience was perfect. personal, delicious fresh food and a great store to hunt it. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu. could not recommend this place enough! View menu

had a tasty eating, for the first time since the new administration. was easy after reading the latest reviews, but we all enjoyed our meals. the personal was pleasant and courteous. I had the hot and acidic suppe that was delicious, followed by the crispy Beijing cow. the six of us all have enjoyed our eating and will definitely be back.

now under new management for less than a week, but I fear first impressions are quite disappointing. two curses are now expensive compared to nearby alternative and drinks are also expensive. crispy won do starter was rather bland and stodgy and our net, crispy bark (not crispy at all) and satay huhn (dry chicken and lack of satay taste) were underwhelming. if the beer was as cool as the restaurant I might have enjoyed more! we give them another chance in a few weeks and hopefully the dinge will improve.
