"Short version: Simply immangeable. Probably the worst restaurant I went to. I'm not used to leaving such critical comments, but this time, impossible to make the impasse. It looks more like a very poor Chinese buffet than a Japanese restaurant. Too bad not to be able to put a lower grade. Friends of Japanese cuisine connoisseurs, I invite you to try the MEV in front of the Mulhouse Zoo. This restaurant is in my opinion the best in the area. We ate at 3 for the same price as tonight at 2 in this move. You would eat more and better for the same price ... especially you can eat ^ ^ For a little more details: On arrival, although the restaurant is almost empty we settle on a rikiki table, close to the others (well the rules of distanciation Then, pleasant surprise the menu starts by explaining that the restaurant does not offer soy sauce sweet. This one doesn't exist in Japan, it was good for us. What a pleasure to see that the restaurant offers to serve the Ramens. I love it and I haven't eaten it in chandeliers. The pleasure stopped here. Salad served with the soup menu was a simple bunch of green salad without presentation and bathed in a very sweet seasoning. The Gyozas didn't seem fresh. Very fat, oily, hard and also covered with sugar. The maki california, still very sweet, would have been said a mixture of mayonnaise and sugar rice. The summum was the arrival of the soup. I can't take more than one spoon. The same very sweet soy sauce inside. First time of my life I see a sweet soup... and very sweet. Insipid noodles, glued that didn't seem fresh at all. Just five minutes after I got my soup, we were at the crate. However, we did not tell the couple who manages the restaurant when they asked us if everything had gone well. Nothing says no, even if there was a lot to say. But it would not have been correct to humiliate them so in the eyes of the young boy present to their side. We didn't finish our plates and I didn't touch that soup. The only thing I could eat without thinking about was ginger brooms. I really have trouble understanding the laïus on the menu about the sweet soy sauce to then serve sugar with rice and fish. They think they're making fun of the client. I'm adding the cash ticket photo to prove I was on the spot tonight. Sorry about the photo, but the ticket didn't like the hand disinfectant too much:"

Certainly Alsace's best sushi. Nothing to do with the usual Sushi. The flavors explode in the mouth. The condiments placed on the sushi make all the difference.

A small discreet and simple restaurant, but of very high quality. From the entrance to the dessert, Quality was at the rendezvous. Great gyozas, a generous and delicious ramen, and I advise you to take dessert, home ice balls that are to fall on the ground. Thank you for all these flavours, and we'll see each other very soon.

Inquisitive restaurant: dishes are generally good and seem fresh... but prices have become quite prohibitive over time! On the other hand, it is the disaster in terms of communication: the restaurant closes without warning its customers and reopens as no website, the Facebook page not up to date... and even the timetables that no longer correspond to Google. Anyway, it's the third time in a few weeks that the restaurant is closed on a Saturday night without warning... It's getting boring...

This is a restaurant that must be known. What a shame, they don’t have a website and impossible to find the map on the net to make “take-out”. Let’s add to this a salesman who is absolutely not commercial, I kindly asked her to send me the card by message, which she refused by saying that she was not a manager that her phone was perso. And she told me that their clients were regulars and they knew the card. Otherwise, she kindly proposed to come and take a photo of the map on site (I live 30km). Well honestly, the seller is really not an asset to the boss/leader who he, is very friendly. The sushi leader is Cambodian but was trained with a Japanese master and speaks Japanese. The fish cut is...

It's been 11 years since this restaurant has existed and a few good years we've come to eat. We brought people from our reluctant environment to eat Japanese. But in Ushio, impossible to be disappointed!!! A must-see address. The best Japanese we know in the upper Rhine. The manager and the cook prepare for the restaurant entrance, so we can see everything he does. His wife is also present and manages the service. A very nice couple. Everything is very good, well seasoned and high. Whether it's the entrances and especially the gyozas, or sushis/makis/sashimis (servis with a real amount of fish on it unlike what you can know elsewhere without forgetting the proposed dishes of the type soup. I...
