"A decade ago three stars were shining at the entrance. In view of the quality of the food, they will soon again shine. the combination of dishes and sparkling is superb. Let yourself be advised with the wines, they are really insurmountable. it is noted that this is a place with a lot of history on back, anachronistic and elegant to equal parts.The service is impeccable, professionally intachable, especially boba and melanie. I was able to exchange a few words with thierry, who's been serving in this place for over thirty years, and who just retired. A little bit of crayer goes with him. During the two hours of lunch, I couldn't help but admire exquisite manners as head of the room. There wouldn't have been many like him. There is the possibility of having lunch for more than one hundred euros, drinks included."

The bar of the crayers is intimate, relaxing, we feel good and the glassware adds a charm. staff are welcoming, consumption is quite affordable.

Very surprising menu signature. Sommelier has recommended a nice corton at the food courts and a cottage the rotion of jametdit 2 star restaurant is a real actor.

From beginning to end perfect. Plenty of staff and they all knew what they were doing. Expensive but not stupidly so. The halibut was the best fish dish I have ever had. The smoked salmon with caviar! Generous portion of very good caviar. Sweetbread as served was a first and slightly hardcore. Nonetheless lovely. Matching wines fabulous. Altogether... a fantastic place for who loves tranquility the professionalism and quality we have been waiting for this for years all started at the reservation I have been welcomed on the phone a friendly person and listen to the future customers that we were reserved a few weeks before we have recalled 48 hours before to confirm our coming during the discussion this person has promised us that we would not be disappointed and it has been the case on a round table in the rotunda

On our first visit in 2015 we opted for the tasting menu and were blown away, but this time we opted for the (obviously totally changed) a la carte menu. The food was absolutely delicious - one of my favourite michelin-starred meals of the year - and of course the champagne menu is without peer (we had 4 different bottles)... everything you'd expect of this restaurant, I could not fault it. Even when we forgot to mention my wife's chanterelle allergy, they were exceptionally polite and replaced the course very quickly with not a second word.

"After a very positive first experience, we decided to renew. we enjoyed traditional fries, excellent (and copied) burgers and very good pastries after a reasonable expectation (1/4 h) being given the quality of the products, all for a very good value for money. What a disappointment during our 2nd visit! we waited 1/2h (more than in a classic restaurant, it's still a fast food). while a tabloid of about 10 other people, who arrived after us, were served before us almost without waiting. I was kind of worried about the hostess who tried to explain to me that it was due to the preparation of my wife’s day dish: a pike! being the exclusive user of barbecue and plancha at home, she should have refrained from using such a rude excuse. It was more simply a privileged habit that we do not wait...During this time, our meat had to wait (also...) on a corner of the grill since it was archi too cooked and then, not good. (Sauce was painfully masking the taste of burnt). Traditional fries have left room for classic industrials. The pie was missing freshness. Only the cheese cake was correct. We do not understand such a change in such a short time, especially when reading the Director's answers to certain negative opinions. but perhaps is he on leave? (when the cat is not there...). One last thing: the breathable hood must work very badly, you take the graillon out and go back to work in the afternoon, it's not great... we won't come back."
