"The usual warm welcome you get in Spain did not apply here. We were sternly warned at the entrance that the Covid rules were strictly enforced and masks could be taken off only at the moment we were actually eating or drinking something, first time I experience this in any restaurant, anywhere. Besides, there was no one sitting anywhere near us. Food was simply average, pizza margarita with a mix of weird cheeses, salad and crepes not good. No draft beer . Service unfriendly but fast, thus allowing us to leave fast too!"

Hace muchos años cuando estaban en la calle Esgueva, ya era mi restaurante favorito, sigo fiel a ellos. El trato impresionante, sobre todo muy profesionales y están muy pendientes de tus intolerancias alimentarias.

Cena con amigas para repetir, por supuesto, por la compañía, pero también por el lugar. Acogedor, ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo con comida abundante y deliciosa. Personal muy atento y amable. Repetiremos seguro.

Fenomenal experiencia en el restaurante Niza. Muy atentos en la llegada a posibles alergias o intolerancias. Todo lo que pedimos estaba muyyyy rico y una atención de 10 explicándote todos los ingredientes y detalles de cada plato.

Por problemas alimenticios no podía tomar uno de los ingredientes del plato pero se preocuparon de adaptarlo para que pudiera comerlo. Destacar la atención por parte del personal en todo momento.

Es el mejor restaurante de Valladolid desde hace años y con diferencia, el dueño es una maravilla, los camareros te tratan con sumo mimo, el local está perfectamente cuidado y los baños una maravilla también. Me encantaría saber qué siente el dueño cuando se levanta por la mañana y ve que los restaurantes de Valladolid ni se le acercan. Sois los mejores, sin duda volveremos siempre!

Controlan bien el tema del gluten y el contacto cruzado. Están asesorados por la asociación de celíacos de cyl. Tienen una amplia carta con opciones sin gluten y te da bastante seguridad comer allí. También hay opciones sin lactosa. Lo único que éramos un grupo de 8 que pasó a ser 9 en el último momento y no nos pudieron hacer un sitio más (aunque luego las mesas donde nos colocaron eran bien amplias, supongo que fue por normas del local, aunque no lo entendimos).

Un servicio atento,tanto la chica como el chico que nos han atendido son muy majos y nos han hecho la cena muy agradable. Destaco la Burratina y los Rigatoni Trufado, ambas estaban espectaculares. Sin embargo el pan de ajo no merece la pena y la pizza mejor probar con otra que no sea la de pera y gorgonzola, se deja comer pero no más. Por lo demás , tiene muchos platos para elegir y volveremos a probar alguna otra cosa por el servicio y la buena ubicación del local.
