"I wish I could give zero. As frequent customers via Deliveroo (mentioned on our receipt), tonight a whole main dish (of 2) was completely missing. We reported on Deliveroo but also rang the restaurant, who, after answering the phone and leaving me on hold for a long time, told me the food had been in the bag and to speak to the Deliveroo driver inferring that he had taken the food. As I explained, the bag was sealed and if/when it is opened, the bag tears so as it had not, they clearly had not included the dish. They offered a refund but I still needed dinner? They were not interested. We have now had to pay premium delivery, again, for the missing dish. To be clear, I do not believe this is a Deliveroo issue, the response received from Prezzo was disgusting, they simply did not care."

Enjoyed a great family meal with two little ones, staff were really accommodating, and welcoming to everyone's needs. Food was nice and warm and at a steady rate between courses.

First time in prezzo and vegetarian and some gluten free,started off with garlic bread followed by spaghetti bolognaise and finished off with cheesecake and what a meal it was great cocktails and great service and all in without a booking.Keep up the good work and...

We loved out visit at this restaurant in 2022 so when naturally revisiting it now was a must for us........and we loved it again. We had pizza, chicken and Tuscan Sausages and those were out of this world dancing on the pallet of my mouth a perfect dance of texture and spices. As we plan another trip to Crawley later this is and Prezzo is a must one for us yet again Try it and you will love it

Rude service, when we asking for a simple straw, and refused 2 times, saying that they don't have, but every other tables gets their drinks with the straw. And when tried the 3rd time, the guy just didn't wait to finish what I want to say, and jumped with a high voice to me, that if he said they don't have, they don't have... So... Use to come often to have dinner with my family, but never again...

Visited this restaurant many times over the years, today was the best by far the new dish of Pork and Fennel ragu Al Forno was SUPERB!! Please keep this dish on the menu!!!!! My girlfriend's Spag Bol, small size with salad was also very good. The FOH team today is the best to have ever worked here!! Please don't encourage them to leave especially Bryam, a very well spoken young man. Great service today

My family and I had a great day out on Sunday, starting with a trip to the cinema followed by a craving for Italian food. When we walked into Prezzo, we were greeted with the warmest smile from someone we recognized – it was a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face from a restaurant we often visit in Sussex, who had moved to Prezzo. Siobhan provided us with friendly and attentive service, catering to our every need. She is a valuable asset to your company. The food was delicious and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Prezzo, for your exceptional hospitality.

We had an amazing experience dining at Prezzo and enjoyed it so much that we went two nights in a row. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the wine selection was great. We tried a variety of dishes including pizza, pasta, and chicken, all of which were delicious. We highly recommend the Marsala Chicken with Mushrooms, it was a stand-out dish. During the warmer months, you can dine outside on the balcony of the second floor, which we will definitely do next time. The restaurant was busy both nights, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance.
