"Yes, you do have to wait, but everything is freshly prepared and tastes as if it just came off the fishing trawler -- fresh, flavourful and delicious!! Prices were reasonable (€18 for the sashimi plate), and service was exceptionally good. We were offered an extra miso soup as my son commented that it smelled so good, and we were given a small plate of starters as the main meal was taking so long to prepare..... Admittedly there were four of us ordering dishes that required last minute preparation, so the wait was understandable. This restaurant is a bit off the tourist path, and is mainly frequented by locals.....always a good sign. We highly recommend and would definitely eat here again!"

Second passage to shinzen and it's always on top! algae salads and calamars, sushi and tartares, everything was delicious. zen atmosphere, excellent reception, friendly and attentive.

Very well ate: Fresh sushi, brochettes and sashimi. Everything was very well prepared and perfect service. The restaurant looks a little awkward on the outside, but the food makes everything okay.

a restaurant address to be strictly advisable. discreet exterior with stylish interior. we opted for the terrace to enjoy the sun and our taste buds still remember the chef's skewers. reception and friendly service and listening. and all this at a very reasonable price. View menu

choice of raw and baked items. everything was good, but quite adapted to the European taste - the table next to us had a mix of sushi rollers and it seemed that you can find it also at the supermarket. They could have been a little more bold in their offer. But we ate well. Ice cream with green tea and yuzu is a must.

After reading all the opinions rather favorable, we decided to go to the shin'zen, nice restaurant and nice waiter, however we were very disappointed by the dishes that were served us. yakitori too salted, rice fade ... short are we can be too demanding but the shin'zen for us does not deserve to be the best rated of reims.

nice surprise for this restaurant that deserves its Japanese speciality the dishes are delicious, fresh and typical, nothing to do with these buffet restaurants that are Japanese". the pleasant setting and professional service. prices are justified by the proposed quality. A small private room is available. I'll go back with great pleasure. View menu

very good quality / quantity / price ratio. welcome to the top and always friendly, always fresh and cooked products perfectly. whether it be the skewers or the fish everything is wonderfully well prepared. the wine and beverage card has been carefully designed so that everyone can find a shoe at his foot. Anyway, we're going and we're coming back with pleasure.

I went to shinzen with a friend and we're used to Asian restaurants. We've been planning this lifetime release of the excellent reputation of the shinzen. the same one that can defect him. Indeed, we may be waiting for more of the restaurant and being disappointed. The meal was however good and the quality of the products is excellent. There is a good value for money, but the value for money is not present for all dishes.Although this, I recommend shinzen for the quality of its products and its soothing frame.
