"We have been home a month now from our visit and we still talk about our stay at The Meadowpark. Siobhan and the team do a wonderful job and truly make you feel at home. Need something just ask and they were happy to help. The Castle Room is absolutely luxurious and we were quite happy to stay in. The little touches tea cakes, beer in the fridge and the Scotch Tablet disappeared quickly! The breakfast basket was the perfect way to start the day as we gazed over the fields at Stirling Castle. We had dinner and it was excellent too! A memorable stay and we can't recommend it enough! The only issue we wished we had stayed 1 more night...Next time!"

Very cosy restaurant/pub, I got the Sunday roast and it was great (except for the pudding which was a bit soggy). Portions are big, prices are fine for the quality and the atmosphere.

Yum! Delicious fish and chips, complimented by a lovely red wine. Great view. And sunshine on the terrace! One of my favourite places for a late lunch on a Saturday. Thank you Meadowpark team!

Absolutely delicious steak with an absolutely delicious peppercorn sauce. It was a last minute decision to go here for a birthday lunch but it was well worth it. The service was a bit slow as I think they were short staffed but they made up that in taste

Wonderful stay staff is super kind and available. Food is great and the pub is really cozy. Same thing applies to the rooms: clean and well equipped. You will wake up to a generous breakfast brought to you in a basket. Totally recommended for a great stay in Stirling! View menu

The kind of hotel which shows Scottish hospitality at its best. Warm welcome, including introduction to room; excellent restaurant, with attentive staff; modern, quirky, non-corporate design, and a high standard of fixtures and fittings including working sash windows. Bathroom mirror, for example, is heated.

Our party of five enjoyed the outdoor area during the recent excellent weather. Unfortunately, we all felt the food was passable but no better. Garlic toast burned. Pizza just the bare minimum. Burger great. Salad basic. The service was quite slow and not crisp, perhaps due to understaffing. Overall, we left glad to be moving on. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad night.

What a lovely place, great inside and outside. We had a starter also great. I cannot recommend the service, staff are friendly (apart from the welcome). We were abruptly told it's table service (outside) 20 minutes later after many other customers simply went to order at the bar I gave up and ordered at the bar myself. Then the first long wait. Service improved until I final drink. Over 10 minutes and it was now quiet. Overall lovely place, but slow service. View menu

Visited on a Thursday evening around 7.30pm. timed badly as the kitchen was completely slammed. Took such a long time for our food to come out but it was worth every second of wait time and the lovely wait staff could not have been more apologetic. They kept us in the loop and even gave us a round of drinks on the house. Food was super. Amazing steak, delicious halloumi and halibut. The pasta was so tasty. Really was worth holding out for. Would recommend and would also go back.

Although the staff were lovely, didn’t love my main. It was rather bland and tasteless, which was disappointing. Portion sizes were good. Also, although it’s great to sit outside in the terrace on a sunny day, road traffic noise can be a little irritating though that’s not the restaurants’ fault obviously. Free parking available on site. Update-response to Siobhan: Not sure what my main was called in the menu but it’s the meat dish pictured below (not the chicken fried rice, the other one).
