"We visited this restaurant last year and had a great experience, so we decided to come back today with our daughter, son-in-law, and black lab. We wanted to sit together as we had met up in Hornsea for the day, but unfortunately, they were busy and didn't have any tables available for four people. Just as we were about to leave, a friendly young man and woman came out and decided to put two tables together so that all four of us could eat together. This was a thoughtful gesture, especially since we don't get to see each other often due to living 60 miles apart and the lockdowns. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed our meals. The service provided by the young waiter was excellent, as he went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant dining experience. All the other diners leaving the restaurant appeared to be happy as well. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful time."

The cafe was closed when we were in Hornsea yesterday and the premises on the market. That's a shame as there are not that many traditional tea shops in town.

This restaurant is a great place to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food options are good and the portion sizes are generous. The prices are reasonable as well. They offer meal deals on the kids menu and an adult panini dessert deal. The food was delicious, especially the fudge cake. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was a lovely little café decorated to make you feel you are sitting on the banks of the Seine in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick service. Delightful atmosphere. Great menu choices but disappointed about basic the salad was. There is only one toilet for the number of seats pro rata. Bonus: a complimentary chocolate after paying the bill. Nice touch. View menu

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I ordered the breaded fish with scampi and calamari, which was cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. For dessert, I had crêpes with dark chocolate and raspberry sorbet, which was a delicious option that wasn't on the menu. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, and they also offer a 2-course set menu for £10, which is a great deal.

Took my 12 yr old twin granddaughters to the cafe as a treat on our last day of visiting family. What a treat, so pleased we saved the best till last! This cafe is such a joy from the moment you open the door. Staff are so pleasant, friendly, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calming. Menu is spot on, plenty of choice but not overwhelming. Like the fact it offers GF choices, which I sadly still find not enough food places do.
