"the place is very nice overall. cozy in colder times especially when sitting next to the fireplace. which is only for a happy couple or a small group. the food proportions are not too big, but the food we tried was always fresh, tasty enough (because this is not sicily) and with a nice touch to presentation. service was almost always with a smile and we were always served very quickly, whether it is just eating or drinking and whether we were sitting outside or inside. the outside area is very beautiful and spacious. food prices are not cheap. I'd say they're a little expensive for what they get. the generous free parking spaces are a very nice note. it helps to know that driving with the car does not create additional parking costs. all in all, it's a nice place and one that we're back a few times."

Ate at the pub today first time. The staff were incredibly friendly, the garden area was lovely, the food was delicious (chorizo wrap, patatas bravas a side salad) and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely return when in the area. A very worthy 5 stars!

WOW! Been there today for the first time with my partner. We have absolutely loved it! The food was like no other pub food, it was fresh, delicious and very well presented. The vibe in the pub is amazing and the service is attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Super impressed with food quality, presentation service. Best bubble squeak ever! Pub style menu choice but don’t be fooled, every mouthful was delicious presentation to high end restaurant level. One of the best pub lunches I’ve had in many years service to match. Fully intend on returning.

We went with a party of 10 for Sunday lunch at the start of Feb. While food was not the fastest serving it was by far one of the best quality I have been to in the area. The food was freshly prepared for our large group, hence it took longer than just re-heating cooked food as we find in other restaurants. The staff were excellent, well trained and really attentive. Food value was 10/10. The house wines also very good, always a good sign that someone has made the effort to choose them.

Nice airy pub. Session American Pale was good. Not very busy on a Wednesday. Cauliflower ‘Pakora’ not exactly bursting with Indian flavours but tasty and pretty enough for pub food. Burger had a nice beefy patty and the fries (Koffman potatoes) were crispy and seasoned well. However the bun was really overly dry and crusty. Dunno what happened there but not sending back because overall it was tasty and I was in the mood for a quick burger. Friendly service, really an option for a lunch when in the area.

Ample parking, clean facilities, great food and service. Menu has a good choice and the portions are generous. Prices were commensurate with quality and quantity. Waitress was efficient and attentive without being overzealous and we were happy to leave a full tip. Ambience was the only (slight) negative, being what used to be a local pub, and having to squeeze through a crowd of youngsters in the bar to get to the dining area when we arrived but they had already gone by the time we left. Will definitely visit again.
