"I stopped by for lunch on Sunday, making a last-minute decision. There were plenty of empty tables available. We ordered the beef and chicken dishes, which came with roast potatoes, carrot mash, and green vegetables. The meal was delicious and flawless. We also received quick service, and the food was served piping hot, which was impressive. I will certainly return. It is a bit pricier at £19.00 each, but it was absolutely worth it. The only downside for me is the atmosphere at Mortons. The wooden tables and floors make it feel less cozy and more like a cafeteria. Perhaps adding some booths or other elements could enhance the ambiance."

This is a vibrant and family-friendly restaurant located in the heart of Dickens Heath. The service is quick, the staff are friendly and professional, and the food is beautifully presented.

Not all tables socially distanced inside. I made an advanced booking and when the next guests arrived I could easily reach the next person whilst seated on the other table. Did request a move but shame that the seating plan hasn't really changed barring a few screens dotted around.

As a group of six men, we were denied service for laughing too loudly. After a two-year pandemic, we found this quite shocking. The person in charge did not appreciate having her decision questioned. It's unbelievable—so much for democracy. I should mention that at no point were we swearing, shouting, or behaving aggressively. Perhaps she should consider looking for a job at a funeral home instead.

Really enjoyed it here. The staff were great and the food was lovely. And it was easily a four star visit. But ironically as it it turned out, I had noticed the menus didn't have V for veggie or VG for vegan or whatever when I was ordering. And when one of our party had ordered pasta dish and asked the staff to confirm it was meat free , and for it to turn up with ham on it is a bit careless. The staff quickly sorted it and to the food was delicious but it is something they should be aware of

Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: £20–£30 per person Parking Availability: Ample parking Parking Options: Free parking lot and free street parking I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a delightful experience. The meal was reasonably priced, falling within the £20 to £30 range per person. One of the highlights was the abundance of parking available, making it convenient to visit. There are both a free parking lot and free street parking options, which is a definite plus. Overall, it was a pleasant evening!

There was a really friendly welcome here. This is a modern building with contemporary dining warm hospitality. Dogs are welcome in the bar area, which is clearly well appreciated as there were quite a few. The restaurant area is dog free although they seem to allow children in there go figure! The food is pub style lacks a bit of finesse. There is a decent veggie selection, although it needs a bit more thought. The egg salad is a great starter, the mushroom burger is a little underwhelming. Overall, a positive experience we would definitely return.

This restaurant is not very welcoming if you don't fit in with the regular crowd. It feels quite clique-ish, and it seems like only locals are truly accepted. I walked in wearing a smart casual tracksuit and trainers, but instead of a warm welcome, I felt like people were looking at me as if to say, “Are you lost?” The prices are quite high, which wouldn’t normally bother me since I believe you get what you pay for. However, the atmosphere didn't suit my preferences. I would much rather go to Miller and Carter just down the road, where I frequently visit and enjoy a completely different vibe and experience.
