"We popped in for a coffee one afternoon and it's clear why people pre book. The selection was huge, with people having larger lunches, snacks and (for us) cake and cuppa. The place was immaculate, the service perfect, so good we returned earlier the next day without the sleepy teens for a cooked breakfast! Combined with a wander around the garden centre and farm shop, picked up some nice foodie souvenirs and garden ornaments to remember our holiday. Lovely place for a rainy day too. Cake selection was amazing!"

more beautiful place in the past had cake and tee, yesterday we tried the chicken cake was delicious fresh veg and cartoffel could not fail any of it, even the farm has beautiful products

Thank you everyone at Vera’s for a lovely Afternoon Tea. A tower full of goodies, with any type of tea or coffee, with refills all for only £10 each if booked in advance. It was a fabulous treat we will return.

Always pop in for lunch w grandchild also on many occasions.Lovely fresh food n excellent service and we always come again.We also buy few things from the fresh excellent produce and meat.During strawberries season we all injoy picking some to take home.

Tried the late night Italian menu last night. It was really lovely. As I'm vegetarian I had only one choice of main course, which was mushroom risotto, it was very tasty and nicely cooked. The desserts were varied and the cheesecake I chose was delicious. My partner isn't vegetarian and he said his meal was lovely too. Since Vera's has been open I've tried breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea and all has been to a high standard.
